Hi there, I want to cancel all of the subscriptions on my account. I do not have recurring payments activated, will the account just automatically expire on the renewal date or do I have to perform any steps to do it? Thanks you. Regards Adam |

The first thing we want to note is that for anyone else that comes across this thread, please post in the "Account Support Tickets" for us to process the cancellation and/or refund of an account. The next thing, is that in answer to your question of "will the account just automatically expire on the renewal date or do I have to perform any steps to do it?" The account will automatically expire if you do not have enough funds for renewal. So you could do nothing and this would take care of itself. But, since you did post, we set your account to not renew and deactivated the exchange you had active (just out of habit). At this time, you have 18 days of Usage Time remaining. We cannot refund this remaining Usage Time as we only refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments. After March 5, 2025, your account will automatically be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard. You had a Services Surplus balance of $8.00. We have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds, therefore a total of $3.00 has been refunded to your card.
