Hi John, Is there a study which exists to measure the speed at which price is moving in a market (i.e. how quickly the market is moving from one price point to another)? Thanks |

There are probably more momentum studies than any other type. If you're using time based charts (ie: 5 min), just use the size of the bar. For non time based bars (ie: range), take a look at Bar Duration in Numbers Bars Calculated Studies. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-02-14 15:57:47

There are also the "Volume per Second", "Ask Volume per Second", and "Bid Volume per Second" subgraphs in the "Numbers Bars Calculated Values" study.
