Hi there, I can not find my Account summary to check the trades I took and closed in the past to see PnL on my account, I tried everything but failed. I checked trade monitor file but it is blank also. Please kindly help, Regards, Irfan |

Are these trades done using the built-in Simulation Mode or were they done with the Simulated Futures Trading Service? Are you referring to the Trade Activity Log and/or the Trade Account Monitor? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi there, I am a student of G7FX they provided me with these pre built Chartbook file to be installed on to Sierra charts, which I have been using, this is my first time using Sierra charts, I usually traded with MT4, it was a simple program and showed all your past trade activity in a summary, but Sierra chart is a lot more advance so I am struggling to configure it correctly, I tried fixing it but failed, I took following steps to check my trade summary: TRADE> TRADE ORDER WINDOW> TRADE POSITION WINDOW> TRADE ACCOUNT MONITOR/BALANCES WINDOW> TRADE ACTIIVITY LOG> TRADE SERVICE LOG. Apart from Trade service log all other are blank, once I close all my trades. So i am unable to monitor my progress in my account, please kindly guide me to configure my account correctly. Here are some definitions: - Trade >> Trade Order Window: Shows active orders. - Trade >> Trade Position Window: Shows active positions. - Trade >> Trade Account Monitor/Balances: Shows account balances when connected to an external trading service (including our "Simulated Futures Trading Service") and lets you modify settings for accounts setup with the "Simulated Futures Trading Service" or the "Teton Order Routing Service". - Trade >> Trade Activity Log: Contains the information for orders and trades and allows you to view the information in various ways. This is what you are looking for. - Trade >> Trade Service Log: Gives messages related to trading. If you have an issue with trading with a live account, any errors/issues would show in this log. As noted above, what you are looking for is the "Trade Activity Log".
