I'm having different numbers show on the DOM vs the study. I uploaded a video so you can see how the numbers differ and appear and disappear randomly

We are not seeing this occurring on the chart you sent.

Also, the chart you sent is for the NQ, but in the video, the Trading DOM has a reference to MNQ at the top. Is that Trading DOM the same symbol as the chart? Are you using a Trade and Current Quote Symbol?

We are still not able to reproduce this when we look at your chart.

How often does this occur?

We wonder if this is an overlap from another study, particularly from one of the Volume Profiles on your chart. When you see this again, turn off the "Chart >> Lock Fill Space" and move your chart such that the right side "candles" move to the left, this will move the Market Depth Historical Graph with the chart, and if this is an overlap from one of the Volume Profiles on the right, then you should see a separation of the numbers.

We looked at the video and we have absolutely no idea whatsoever you what you are showing. And we have no idea what those numbers are you are pointing to. This is impossible to understand. Also refer to our policy here:
Support Board Posting Information: Do Not Post Videos Unless Requested!

There must be some misunderstanding regarding the configuration of the chart or what you are looking at.

Our recommendation is to remove all studies from the chart except for Market Depth Historical Graph and understand how it works:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/StudiesReference.php&ID=375#Market_Depth_Historical_Graph

And do not use a Trade and Current Quote Symbol:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

The idea is to go back to a simple as configuration as possible, and then understand clearly what you are seeing and then you can begin to add back other functionality and then when there is a problem, it should be apparent what is causing the issue or misunderstanding is. This is how we would analyze the problem. We would remove everything from the chart. And go back to a basic configuration. And then gradually add back functionality with a clear understanding as to what everything is doing.

I understand what you're saying but if it was a misunderstanding I would have the issue on other charts too. I have the same setup with similar settings for ES but don't have that issue on ES.

In case you can't tell what's going on, the orders that show on the study keep appearing and disappearing not matching what I see on the DOM.

Duplicate that chart. Then ensure that you are seeing the same problem in the duplicated chart. If not, then move forward with the duplicated chart and delete the original.

If you are seeing the same issue in the duplicate chart, then remove all studies except for the "Market Depth Historical Graph". Then let us know if you continue to see the same issue with just that one study on the chart.

ok, so I am trying it after duplicating it and still see the same problem. There's some size right now at 22150 sitting at the DOM but on my chart it appears and then disappears. I am looking at the same version I sent you chartbook5.cht
