I need to create a footprint mode chart with a tick set to 9 i.e. a candle forms only after 9 ticks. I tried to follow your instructions but the result is what you see in the screenshot (and it is wrong). If your issue is with regards to the bars that are on the chart, then that is due to your overlaying the bars from a different timeframe chart. You need to overlay the bars from the same chart so that it is the same bar period.
