note created a new chart book , no studies to reproduce this for you and it does.

i tried the pre release this failed too, so i backed out to release 2732 , this works ok , thanks for having a such a good system ie be able back out a release so easily , sierra charts is great , bugs happen ,i am acsil c++ developer so i fully understand, This is on an i7 intel chip box on my AMD boxes there is no problem hope this helps

The problem most likely is related to this:
Software Download: Using ARM Version for Apple M-series CPUs

Or using a significantly older Intel/AMD CPU, that is not compatible with newer CPU instructions.
