Cordialement.

From Google Translate: Hello, I will explain my project to you: I want to retrieve as much data as possible in CSV for the Nasdaq Futures. I wonder if my subscription to Package 5 is sufficient for this. I added 39 euros to my account, thinking I had to subscribe to the full CME feed, but when I try to activate it, the activation is refused even though I have exactly 39 euros, the required amount. Best regards.
The reason you could not activate the exchange is because you are on the "Base Standard" package. You can not get real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed unless you are on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages If you want to change your package, then follow the instructions at the following link: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package But, on any package, you have access to all our historical data as well as our Delayed Streaming Data. Therefore, you can data going back to around 2011 for the E-Mini NASDAQ Futures (NQ) without having to activate an exchange. If you still do want to activate an exchange, then as noted above, you need to change your package and then setup the data for the CME Group. Refer to the instructions at the following link (noting the requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account): Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you now I don't know which find symbol I should exactly choose to have like the Nasdaq future cme and have its history in its generality
In general, the symbol will depend on the service you are connected to, as each service uses a different symbology. It looks like you are connected to "SC DAta" according to our servers, in which case the E-Mini NASDAQ 100 Index Futures is the symbol NQ?##-CME where ? is the contract month code and ## is the 2 digit year. Refer to the following for how to use the Find Symbol window: File Menu: Find Symbol (File) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
