How to Post a Message for Support

No Drop Down Window Shown at my Main/C Trade Window

Hello! I am trying to create a simple bracket for my Main/C trade window. But, when I try to select the bracket there are no options on the drop down menu. Do you know how I can fix this? Let me know! Thank you, Rylie

From your images, the menu you are referring to is the "Trade Configuration" selection. Do you have any Trade Configurations saved that should be showing in that menu? To verify that you do have some trade configurations saved, use the Operating System tools to go to the 'Data' folder under your main Sierra Chart folder and look for files that have an extension of ".twconfig" (no quotes). Let us know if you do have .twconfig files in the "Data" folder that are not showing in the menu. I do have the .twconfig in my data folder, but it won't show up on the SC itself. Is there any way I can open it up that way it will give me trade configurations?

Please do the following for us: - Exit from Sierra Chart - Start Sierra Chart - Select File >> Find Symbol and open a single chart for any symbol you want (do not open a Chartbook, just start a new one with this one chart) - Select "Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart" - See if the Trade Configurations show in the list at the top or not. Hello, I was able to get the configurations up and running, my SC had two data folders and I had the wrong one attached. Thank you for helping me out!
