Hi

Sorry to bother you on this, but for the life of me I am unable to figure this out. When I export the Trade Log to a txt file, the digits on the fill price is not accurate. For example, the fill price for the RTY would 2291.3 and it shows up like it in my Trade Log, but when I export it to the txt file it shows up like 229130. I tried looking at the symbol settings and I couldn't find anything that would suggest my formatting is incorrect. Did I accidentally mess up my settings? How do I fix this it?

I attached an image the trade log and the txt file.

Thank you guys in advance for your help. Apologies for the inconvenience.

In general, when the Trade Activity Log is showing prices that do not match to what you expect (the decimal place is moved one way or another) then this is because you are connected to a different trading service than the trading service that was used at the time the trade was made. Refer to the following:

Hi John

Thanks. I followed the instructions on link you gave me, but it still exports in a different decimal place. The Trade Log is fine on the software and was before, just the exported file is off.

Quick background because that solution makes sense. I installed a second installation to use it for APEX trading and I was on their garbage Rithmic feed, that is a generous description, btw. Anyways, I ditched APEX because they suck and went back to my reps on SIM with the Teton feed. I reconnected my Current Selected Service to Teton CME Oder Routing, translated symbols. Did I do something wrong when I made the switch back?

Separately, my first installation has been on Teton all this time and I had the same issue when I tried to export the log to the txt file. Thanks so much for you help and very quick response.

When exporting data from the Trade Activity Log, to have the decimal point in the right position you need to use the Save function instead of export:
