User Discussion. SDEX, TDEX, VOLI, used to be available in the Nasdaq Global Feed, which is no longer available - which is what alot of us prefer the CBOE feed for SPX and VIX. This is where things get interesting. VOLI is a better VIX. Scott Nations can explain why. It just so happens that Scott Nations is building out a lot of his own skew analytics for stocks and etfs. So my goal with this post is to just put the idea out there, that I would pay 10-20$ a month for SDEX, TDEX, VOLI feeds, if that was available to Sierra Chart. Overall I think there is opportunity here for Sierra Chart, and Scott Nations of Nation's Indexes. |

Seeing how futures trading is evolving to utilize these Option Flow services which track the larger derivatives market that is not available in CME data feeds. It's a system that has incomplete information, until you subscribe to these services. I can list many providers here for Option Flows / GEX calculations. From a financial perspective for Sierra Charts - I think it would be worth it to just take the time to see how much these services are charging on a monthly basis. I pay more for Gex Services a month, than for Sierra Chart package 12 subscription + Full CME, CFE, CBOE. What if additional packages were available that advertised these services, or discounts on these services. Joining memberships between two services can be messy. But it's a good advertising funnel to new traders who don't know what they don't know. I think partnering up with Scott Nations to offer Sierra Chart Integration for his services is a profound way to stay ahead of these developments in analytics/signals with option flows.
