I have already done this on 31 of January but now it says data feed is expired on 31 of January. And i need to pay13 USD again to activate it. Thats the problem why would i pay again?

Ohh really i didnt new that to be honest otherwise why would i activate it on very last day of the month. Is there any that you can do under your end as its bit unfair for me as my payment will go in waste.

We are bound by CME rules. This is not under our control. And you need to contact the exchange regarding fairness. However, they could care less.
