Rithmic Connection successfull but Sierrachart is not drawing on Chart

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Despite the successful connection to my AMP account and an activated Rithmic subscription, Sierrachart does not show me any data in the chart.

Can you tell me if there is a solution to this problem? Yesterday evening everything was running smoothly in Sierrachart.

I have confirmed the stock exchange forms. Since I pay monthly Rithmic fees to AMP Futures, I wonder why I should now pay Denali in Sierra for "another" 39 dollars?

The Sierrachart application is still working. I get a connection but no drawing on the chart.

According to AMP I get the following message from support: We see that you are good on our end, enabled for Rithmic/CBOT L2, if you are having trouble bring up chart functions on sierra charts, you will need to contact them directly, they handle all billing, and support for their platform

With Sierra Chart version 2727 and higher, we no longer support data from Rithmic. As such, you need to do one of two things:
- Downgrade to version 2726 and use the Rithmic data. Follow these instructions to downgrade:

- Stay on the version you are on and use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Since you have an account with AMP, you do not need to worry about an account to qualify as a non-professional. You just need to follow the instructions at the following link:

Note that your recent agreements were rejected as the name you entered for a signature does not match the name on your account. These need to be the same, and you can update the name for your account at the following link:

Also, you only entered a single name. We need both your given name and your family name (surname).

Separately, we do see an issue with your Message Log where you have the symbol US30 for a chart. When using Rithmic, you can not have any symbols that are not recognized by Rithmic. Refer to the following:
