Hi John / SC, Thank you for such an incredible product and all your help to all of us. Just moved to service pack 11, but just for sim training at the moment ES/MES. Have tried everything you've suggested on these boards to others to get my heatmap depth of market to show for SIM trading, but it is a no go. 1- SC Data = In use 2- Make sure data downloaded is long past data requested for sim / replay 3- Market Depth Historical Graph: Market Depth Historical Graph Not Displaying = Check 4- Update to latest rev. 5- Tried with date checked (two days back) and without on Replay = no go 6- Go directly to Date & Time on charts 7- Heatmap is receiving data (open market depth order under charts menu shows it) *Heatmap works perfectly on live delayed trading. Notes: 2 DOM's for ES/MES One DOM receives pulling & stacking. One does not, in SIM mode. Both work perfectly in live delayed. All other charts work perfectly under SIM \m/ |

All seems to be working as it should now. You may close this. Seems the servers needed time to propagate after the upgrade to service pack 11.
