MSH/MSL Not working on range charts

Does the Market Structure (MSL/MSH) does not appear to be working on my 20t range chart. Is this a known issue? I'm also seeing that it is not printing on the current session of the 5m chart but does show up on previous sessions. Is there something I need to tweak? |

There is no specific reason the study would not work on a Range chart. You need to look at the specifics of how this study functions to see if there is a situation in your chart that does not meet the math that is called out at the following link: Market Structure MSL/MSH If there is something that should be colored but is not, then we would need to see an image of that situation and an explanation of why it is not doing what you think it should. Oh man I appreciate the response but there is no way I understand that math. I was hoping support would know because it is included with the software. If not, I can live without it.

We tried the study on a range chart and did not have a problem. Although we only saw a single HH and single LL. So we have no reason to believe there is a particular problem with the study.
