Hello! i cannot use the "erase all non-text drawings" in the tool box. It does not allow me to erase. I have to erase one at a time. Please advise, thank you!

Are your drawings locked?

HMMM, good question.. i didnt know you could lock them.. not sure if mine are or not, how do i unlock just in case they are? Thank you

The easiest way to find out is to select "Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings Window". That will bring up a window that lists all the drawings for the active chart. On that page is a column for "Locked" and if a drawing is locked it will state "Locked" in that column for a drawing. The reason we ask this is that having the drawings "Locked" is one reason the drawings would not be removed when you select "Tools >> Erase All Non-Text Drawings". One other possibility is that you have the drawings copied from another chart.
