I am back testing and saw the option for 'Enter Processing Steps in seconds'. I then saw some prior posts where people were getting different results based on how many seconds they use. I use range bars and the trades that show on the charts seem accurate regardless of how many seconds I use. Are the trades that show on the chart the exact same data that prints into the trade activity log? I have thousands of trades so comparing data would be difficult. Are there known accuracy issues or is what I see on the chart 100% what I will see in the trade activity log?

We need to know exactly what you are seeing on the chart whether it is an order fill, or some marker from the trading system indicating the sending of an order which could be rejected.
Are the trades that show on the chart the exact same data that prints into the trade activity log?

For information about order fills, refer to:
Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Displaying Order Fills on the Chart

If they are order fills, they have to match what is in the Trade Activity Log since that is where they come from.

Nothing has been rejected. My concern would be the posts I am seeing where people are changing the seconds they use in the replay and getting different results on the backtests. I am wondering if the trades on the chart that post are going to be accurate to the trade activity sheet. I am wondering why people experience different results when adjust the seconds as well.
