Please add a menu search (Find) box. Example: in order to choose "Extending Rectangle" from Global Settings-->Customize Chart Shortcut Menu, I had to hit the "E" key ten times. If this were any other app, I would simply start typing the word or phrase I was looking for in the Find box. On a related note, the precision of the Find function at the top of the sierrachart.com web site needs to be improved from the rock-bottom minimum that it currently is at. Using the Extending Rectangle example, when I type that phrase into the Find box and hit Search, I get a hodge-podge of hits that I have to manually slog through to find (maybe) what I was looking for. This experience has become so typical that I don't bother using the Sierra Chart site anymore for information on specifics of settings, studies, etc., rather I just google what I'm looking for and hope someone else has looked for the same thing. Please let me know if I am using the search functionality of Sierra Chart incorrectly. If that is not the case, then consider the observation that for a trading platform that considers itself to be world-class, its search functionality is highly deficit. |

The Sierrachart.com search function is incomplete. You will do better with a Google search like this: site:Sierrachart.com "extending rectangle" tool
You will get results from the support forum as well as documentation (usually). |
