Rithmic Account Balance

Mid day today, the Rithmic account balance on the Orders and Positions window changed and showed lower than expected, not matching my trades, or my broker/FCM's account balance view. After the the end of the day, it changed back, and showed accurate again. In the meantime, I tried Disconnect/Reconnect, Refresh Trade Data, and restarting SC, but would not help. How accurate/reliable should one expect this Account Balance view to be, and any way to ensure it stays correct? Is it more reliable from other service than Rithmic? Also unrelated, but another Rithmic question. I have Rithmic from Crossland, if I delete/download data, or am disconnected, I do not get historical bid/ask volume data for CL and GC, my Cumulative Delta volume study shows blank for this period. The account balance data is taken as is from the Rithmic API component and displayed in Sierra Chart. We do not know the answer to any of your questions. How can I get this? Update to the latest prerelease and also be aware the most recent 10 minutes of data comes from the Rithmic system and is 1 minute data.
