TPO chart moving with every tick

I'm not sure which setting I adjusted, but every tick up or down moves the chart up or down. It used to be locked. I've tried going into scaling on the chart and haven't found anything that works. Please advise, thanks.

It sounds like you have your chart set to "Constant Range" with "Recenter to the Last Price on Every Update". If you want the chart to be "locked" such that the scale does not move at all unless you adjust it (which also means the price could completely move outside of the visible range) then right click on the Price Ladder and select "Scale Range: User Defined with Auto Set".
