The first thing to do is to contact the person that controls that DLL and have them remove you from the list. If, for some reason, you have an issue contacting them and/or getting them to remove you, then please let us know. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

thanks for the reply. I am in the process to eliminate DLL studies causing unexpected computer restart. Even after I remove them during safe mode, they keep coming back in normal mode which prevent me to figure out which may be the problem. Is it true in theory any DLL studies cannot be the culprit when they are not used in the chart, correct? thx |

In terms of causing a computer restart - this would be correct. These files could not cause an issue with either Sierra Chart or your system if they are not specifically loaded and being used in a study. If you want to temporarily stop all downloads (or permanently), then you can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=EnabledCustomStudies#FileDownload For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
