Hello,

Long story short: i have 2x SC installations.
I have duplicated one chart from one SC installation to the other (have copied the CHT file to the 2nd installation). Both installs have the same settings.
This chart has Numbers Bars Study.
After 30-40 minutes, each day, every day, the data displayed in the first SC is not the same as the 2nd. (please see attached file from yesterday's ES data)
Of course SC is updated to latest version (for both installations), chart is set to 1 tick, i use Denali. I have tried deleting the SCID file, delete and download data, reloading and recalculate.
Is there a way to make both charts show the same data?
I have to mention that 1 minute charts look identical. the issue is with Numbers Bars Study.

Thank you.

We see that the time stamps for the start of the bars is different when this issue arises. And since you are using 1000 Trade charts, this implies that some trades are showing in one installation and not in the other. The odd thing is that there is no Global setting that would do this.

There are two Chart specific settings that could have an impact on this. Please check the following and make sure they are set the same between the two systems:
Chart Settings: Split Data Records (applies to Number of Trades, Volume and Range charts) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu)

Chart Settings: Combine Trades into Original Summary Trade (Data Feed and Exchange Specific) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu)

The 2nd chart was a duplicate after the first one. chart ettings must have been the same. please find the attached picture confirming the similar settings.
Peculiar is that today i have no difference between the two charts, meaning the numbers bars study look identical.

Thank you.

We do not know what happened or why. We understand that the Chart Settings should be the same, and they are. Those are the only items that would affect how the charts would be different though, which is why we specifically pointed them out. There is nothing at a Global Level that would have an impact like what you are seeing.

Although this should not make a difference, are these installations on the same computer or on different computers? We are wondering if one may be getting the Delayed Streaming data.

Both installs are on D drive, same PC, different folders, of course.
Both charts have DD: 00:00:00
I always sync PC time with Microsoft before launching SC1 or SC2.

Thanks for the information.

We really can not think of a reason for this to have occurred. Let us know if you see it again.
