Intraday Charts not loading RITHMIC

I'm currently connected though Rithmic DTC and a Topstep account, I have used it with Sierra Chart in the past, never had a problem, came back to the platform now and I cant see anything, every chart is blank. I don't know if it has anything to do with it but I was looking into Denali Data and I filled a document, I don't know if im connected to the wrong thing and something is activated on my account, is not my intention right now to use anything else but Rithmic. The message log in attached, also a picture of how my Sierra looks, please let me know if there's any information you guys need |

I deleted the data with the intend of opening a new chart and seeing if it would download the intraday charts, It didn't, just straight blank again and the file that it actually downloaded is just 56 Bites Images and message log attached. |
