Hello Support,

I need your assistance, please.

I was away for more than a month and today, when starting my platform I just get this message:

Connection error message from service: Teton CME Order Routing
Connection error: No trade accounts assigned

Nothing has changed on my side.

What should I do?

Thank you for the information, everything is fine now.

This was a bad service from Stage 5, they should have informed the customers.
