Hello, hoping this message finds you in good health. I noticed a strange bug on the software, when I make a change on my chart or add a box or just anything, and close down the system with save close, and reboot again it did not save anything from last time I closed it with save yes option selected. Is it just me? How do I fix it and ensure my charts are saved and so I don't have to redo everything again and saves properly? Kind regards, Seraj. |

There could not be a problem with this. Before exiting Sierra Chart, select this command: File Menu: Save All (File) And make sure this is enabled: General Settings Window: Display Save All Option on Exit (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Application GUI) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
