Hi guys,

I have a strange problem trying to use 'Stop: Triggered Trail Stop' - my understanding from the documentation is that if for example I set the trail offset to 8, then the stop will only begin to trail after price has move into profit by 8 ticks. However, my stop is moving immediately as soon as price starts to rise, it's not waiting for the 8 ticks to begin to move. I have provided screenshots of my current settings, and hope I have explained this clearly enough.

Thanks again,
Bill

Change the Trigger Offset to 8.

Also the second screenshot, the order prices are completely wrong. They need to be actual prices. Not in ticks like Attached Orders.

Thanks that has helped, but I still have a very strange problem and the only way I can think to explain is through a short video that I've just recorded...

The trade setup is as follows:
5 contracts
Stop: Triggered Trail Stop: 5T - all other settings are shown in vid.
Target 1: 8T
Target 2: 54T

There is a failed trade triggered at 6 seconds, this is fine and can be ignored.

The second trade at 33 seconds is the problem one - the trade opens correctly with the stop below, and two take profits above as configured. Then it appears that the stop jumps around 5 ticks above the entry and the trade ends, I'm sure it's something I'm doing but just cannot figure it out, could you help again please?

Many thanks,
Bill

Scrap that think I've figured it out thanks, I misunderstood the Trail offset.

Cheers,
Bill
