How Activating Sierra delayed data for trial accounts ?

hello I created a demo account and I want to use the SC delayed data for and CME COMEX
Please advise me how to do this.

While on a trial, you have limited data you have access to. Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart Trial Account

If you want to have access to additional symbols, then you would need to change to a paid package. The "Base" packages are specifically setup for testing/training, as they allow you to get the delayed streaming data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities, but you can not get real-time data nor can you connect to a trading service. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link:

Please send me the CustomSymbolSettings for FXCM file so I can put it in the Symbol Settings folder. Thanks

There is no "Custom Symbol Settings" for FXCM.

Your account is "expired". We do not give support for expired accounts. If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart, you will need to purchase a package.

You should still be able to get Symbols even on an expired account.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

And if you still have no symbols in File >> Find Symbol we need to see the Message Log:

Actually we see what the problem is now. You do not even have Sierra Chart installed. Or you are not using the Sierra Chart account that you have posted on this support board with. That is the issue.

You can not get the data into Sierra Chart directly from FXCM. Sierra Chart is NOT setup to do this.

We do, however, have FOREX and CFD data from FXCM at no charge and available with any package.
