I have set up:
Target 1: 5 ticks
Target 2: 10 ticks
Target 3: 200 ticks
Stop all: 40 ticks. Stop type: Stop

Move to Breakeven for Stop
Step 1: Type: Trail to Breakeven Offset Triggered. Trigger offset 5 ticks.
Step 2: Type: Offset in Ticks Triggered. Trigger offset 10 ticks.

At 5 ticks, the stop starts trailing.
At 10 ticks, I would expect the stop to move to breakeven. It does not. It keeps trailing.

This seems inconsistent with what is described here:
Attached Orders: Move to Breakeven for Stop
"Once the first Moved to Breakeven step completes, then Step 2 Moved to Breakeven settings apply, if the Type for Step 2 is set to a setting other than None."

There also appears to be a missing, related reference here in point 7 after "refer to":
Attached Orders: Instructions
"For the Move to Breakeven for Stop functionality for Stop Attached Orders to be able to be able to modify the order, it is necessary that the Chart or Trading DOM that the order originated from is still open as well as other conditions. For full details, refer to ."

Dear Support, I am observing the same type of behavior. Could you please investigate?

As we look this over more closely, the behavior you see is correct:

Step 1: Type: Trail to Breakeven Offset Triggered. Trigger offset 5 ticks.
Step 2: Type: Offset in Ticks Triggered. Trigger offset 10 ticks.

Step 2 is not going to get executed until step 1 is complete. So therefore the trail to breakeven must complete and go to breakeven. This is not going to change.

Thanks for explaining.

This is a shame as I would contend the trigger is more important than completion of the action.

If I have two guests for tea, then a third guest arrives, I don’t wait for the first two to have finished their delicious beverage before pouring a cup for the third.

Hello Binaryduke,
Serving your guests tea rather than coffee, so I guess you are still trading from England.
Sierra trailing stops are held client rather than server side. I am curious to know if you ever have a problem of these stops being hit but not filled especially on fast moving markets e.g. NQ or MBT when price moves in reverse direction simultaneously with stop movement
Please advise

@Marmany - when I am trading with strategies where queue position is a consideration, I trade using a dedicated server in Chicago. So, no.
