Hi

Just tried to load historical data on Denali (SC Data - All Services) for this instrument and the current price is 734 million (17th Jan). Prior settle (16th Jan) was 7.3405

CNHG25.dly is fine but no row for 17th Jan. Last row is 16th. Tried deleting and re-downloading but same result. Can you have a look pls ?

thank you

Check the settings for the "Real-Time Price Multiplier" and "Historical Price Multiplier". Make sure these are both set to "1". Refer to the following and the item below it:
Chart Settings: Real-Time Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

This is resolved.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

After this re-download the data in the chart:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
