Hello, The daily chart candle shows a range much larger than the actual price range that occurred today. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting data feed and that did not solve the issue. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1737053671571.png |

This is the data as it is sent to us by the exchange. It is absolutely correct from the perspective of us showing what they send us (we have verified this multiple times).

I'm not sure how it could be correct as it (the daily timeframe) is the only timeframe that shows that large of a range. Every other timeframe < daily shows the correct range. There is a discrepancy between the timeframes that Sierra is showing.

Yes, we agree that it is odd. But we guarantee you that is is the data as we get it from the exchange.

Understood. I guess I'm a little confused. I don't know the intricacies of how data is sent or captured but, Sierra is the only charting platform that has this incorrect (of the other platforms I checked). Is there anyway to avoid this in the future? Seems like a a potentially costly issue for users (me). This one was obvious as the range was well outside of normal but how would I know if these discrepancies exist if a similar error occurred with a smaller less noticeable range? Surely you can understand this issue for the user? I've also only used Sierra now for ~2 weeks so I'm not sure how common these things are (hopefully not).

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue again today. The daily range shows a high of 236.89 but the actual high currently is 232.35. How am I to reconcile these differences between time periods in Sierra? All other periods less than the daily appear correct. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1737126301178.png Editing this instead of posting another reply. As you can see from the second chart image the daily range is now expanding in the opposite direction lower than the actual low of the stock price today. The daily range is effectively completely useless. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1737132586705.png Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-01-17 16:51:27
