Hello Yesterday, I have downloaded the software version 2732. I noticed my chart and DOM could not display the data from the Rithmic server. So I have downloaded the previous version 2726 which works perfectly. Does it mean there is a problem with the current version and Rithmic connexion is not compatible anymore? Will the problem will be solve and will I be able to download next updates or do I have to lifetime keep the version 2726 and never update the software anymore? Thank you |

Thank you but how can I take orders on DOM connected to Rithmic and get data from the sierra chart data feed as my server is set with my Rithmic account information?

Sierra Chart is specifically setup to allow you to get your data from us and trade with your trading service. This is not a problem.
