Study Settings Gone Not Visible Completely Blank

Hello Support On a chart with a couple of Moving Average Crossover studies. The study is still visible on the chart . When I go to Settings Settings and Inputs still visible but not working . I tried to adjust a color and the entire instance shut down. NOTHING visible on the Subgraphs Tab Completely Blank , NOTHING visible on the Alerts Tab Completely Blank This issue is occurring on all of the Main Instance Charts & Chartbooks I closed Sierra and shutdown the computer and the same problem is still present in the Main Instance. Does it need a completely new install of Sierra to solve this problem? How do I save the 7 instances so I can load them again, all charts & chartbooks? When you are not able to view anything on a window, this points to a resource issue with the computer. Shutting down the computer and restarting the correct way to solve this. Given this, you should have been fine when you restarted Sierra Chart. Since you reference 7 instances, make sure you just have one running to start with. Make sure that everything is working properly with that instance. Then start another and make sure everything is fine there, then the next one and the one, etc. We do wonder if the total amount of instances and charts is just too much for your computer. In terms of saving instances, as long as you do not delete the sub-instance folder, each sub-instance will be saved the way you had it when you last saved the chartbooks. So there should not be an issue related to this. Nope Now running only the Main instance only one instance Still same problem The computer is powerful enough to run it. Something got corrupted. That is why I asked about how to save all of the instances if I need to reinstall Sierra and how to save all of the existing chartbooks, charts, control bars etc. The problem is still ongoing. I shut down everything twice and turned off the computer twice , it still is happening. It does NOT allow me to switch chart books from the tabs on the top of the window. Something is broken or corrupted... On the message log window the only message is on the top TRADE CHART Not Responding And seem to have the endless spinning wheel to indicate that the charts are not updating current data.? It does not matter how powerful your computer is , the Windows operating system has serious limitations: The computer is powerful enough to run it. That is why I asked about how to save all of the instances if I need to reinstall Sierra and how to save all of the existing chartbooks, charts, control bars etc. Run Sierra Chart in safe mode: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode Do not open any Chartbooks to make sure Sierra Chart is responsive first. Do not use any of your existing Chartbooks at this time. And we also want you to check for excessive trade activity data. I deleted all files in the trade activity window. Restarted in safe mode. Still same problem no access to any studies in the Main Instance, the only instance running. What should I try next? It looks like Windows does NOT allow any roll back to previous versions !! It is downloading another update... I will let you know asap to see if the problem is resolved. I let the Windows do the latest update and still the same issue But I CAN ACCESS the settings in the 2nd Instance. So the MAIN INSTANCE is still having the issue. I open up 4 more instances and ALL of them can access the studies & subgraph settings , just NOT THE MAIN INSTANCE... Hello Support, I rolled all of my versions back to 2717. And it is working now. I will wait and test the next update, but better stick with what is working...
