Hi support, Broker= AMP SC = Package 12 (plus teton) SC can be use in 3 different computers with this plan. Is this correct? I have a Subaccount in AMP with its own funding (two funding accounts in total) Questions: Is there an additional fee to adding a second account? Do I need a second SC login ID to access the additional AMP account? If I use both AMP accounts in SC, is it possible to use two different computers at the same time? What are my options in having two AMP accounts with SC? Do I need two different SC login accounts to keep balance/statistics and other info independent for each other? Can I have one SC login and one user trading with AMP account1, and another user trading with AMP account2 at the same time? Thanks in advance for your help Ralph |

SC can be use in 3 different computers with this plan. Is this correct?
Yes, you are allowed to run Sierra Chart on up to 3 different computers simultaneously with Package 12 (Integrated Advanced with MBO). But, the exchanges work differently - you can only get a maximum of 2 systems simultaneously, and you have to pay a second set of exchange fees in order to get the data to 2 systems at the same time. Is there an additional fee to adding a second account?
There are no additional fees from Sierra Chart to be able to access a second trading account. If this trading account is setup as a sub-account to your other account, then you should see both accounts show in the "Trading Window" for a single Sierra Chart connection to your trading service with AMP. Hi John, Thank you very for your answer. To summarize my understanding: For each of the two funding accounts I can run individual computers (2 computers) with its own SC software, on each computer (account1 & account2) i can trade and view its individual balance, will continue paying for Package 12 plus 13.00 for Denali and only pay an additional 13.00 (Denali) for the second computer. Additional final question: Once setup this way (one computer for each account) Are accounts visible in both computers? if so, one can trade in either account? thanks again |

It depends on how the accounts are setup. It looks like you are using the Teton Order Routing Service, in which case you would HAVE to have the trading accounts setup such that they are both available through the same connection to your Clearing Firm/Broker. As such, both accounts will be available to all installations that are connected to that Clearing Firm/Brokerage.
