Hello, I recently noticed that the button I configured to "erase all drawn volume profiles" no longer works. Additionally, it no longer appears in the menu for creating a user-defined control panel. We are not seeing any issue with the functionality of Erase All Drawn Volume Profiles" and the option is available in the Control Bar customization options. The one thing we want to point out is that the option for the Control Bar button is located after the "Volume Profile Tool" in the list, it is not with the other delete options after the rest of the tools themselves. If you are having a problem with this functioning correctly, then please update to the latest release to ensure it is not something release related and then let us know if you are still having an issue on the latest release. Hi John, I installed the latest version as soon as it was available, i.e. 2732. Thanks for the quick reply. Via the main menu, it has just worked. However, I had been using the function in a floating menu for months without changing it. Until it stopped working a few days ago. Now I added and removed the button, but that didn't help. I had to remove the button completely from the floating menu bar and save it. Then close the floating menu bar. And then add the button again and reopen the floating menu bar – then it worked. However, my custom labels for the individual buttons had disappeared. Very strange. In any case, it works again now. Thank you very much. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-01-13 17:40:37

We can not say why there was an issue with this. There should not have been. The most likely situation is that the proper chart was not selected. But we really do not know.
