If I'm in the middle of a backtest I typically use this feature when I get notified that my account will expire in 2 hours. It clearly says that if I'm performing critical operations then to activate it. When I go to activate it though, it says the feature is not available because my account is not expired. Why do I have to wait until my account is actually expired to use it? Doesn't this defeat the purpose? It didn't used to be this way. If there are 2 hours left, I should be able to activate it so that it doesn't interfere with my 'critical operations'. Can this be fixed? |

The "Emergency Account Activation" is meant for emergency purposes when you can not afford to pay for a renewal at that time. You should be adding funds to your account to allow for the automatic renewal to occur so you do not need to worry about this.
