Charts not updating - have done suggested troubleshooting

Hello, my charts are not updating after 9:30 am. I have done all the suggested troubleshooting, from checking symbols, change them, change time zone settings, delete all data, etc, etc. Don't know what else to do but it's becoming painful to use Sierra Chart. Please help me sort the issue once and for all.

Canada & Greenland have taken out a CME datacenter. It was only partially successful as CL is still trading, but equities have not been trading today since 0830am CT.

It's either that or the change in CME trading hours as a result of the US National Day of Mourning for President Carter that every futures brokerage and trading evaluator emailed their clients about.
