Hi,
First, I wish you an happy new year!

I have teton order routing with an AMP account.
When I open the "TRADE" window, then "TRADE ACCOUNT MONITOR/BALANCES WINDOW", I can see that it indicates 0.00 in the column "FULL MARGIN" when there is money in the column "CASH BALANCE". Is this normal ? Can I actually trade with my account ?

Yes this is normal when there are no positions. We will write documentation for that particular field, if it does not already exist.
