I need to update the data feed with the correct broker but I cant get the window to open.

When you have a window that does not open properly, then it is trying to open on another screen somewhere, which may no longer exist. So it is opening, but you can not view it. In this case, select "Window >> Reset Windows" to force the windows to show up in their default location, which will be on top of the main Sierra Chart window.
