Unable to connect to Denali data feed

Hello, I have an active subscription to the Denali data feed. I also have an account with Dorman/Stage 5. However, when I connect to Rithmic to use my apex account my [M]indicator for Denali data feed drops off and refuses to come back. However, when I connect to my live account that [M] indicator comes back, but no matter how long I'm logged into the live account it still never allows me to use Denali data connected to Rithmic. Please advise. |

When connected to Rithmic, get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Hey John, error was simpler and has since been fixed. My Denali CME/CBOT exchange subscription was inactive/expired at EOY. Since renewing it I'm back on live data and have no issues accessing Sierra data while connected to Rithmic. Thanks anyways. |
