Volume not getting through

Hello,

I have an issue with my connection, because on the quoteboard I don't get any volume.
I changed multiple data services, but still no volume getting through.

My current service, Rithmic, is working fine as they confirmed it right now.

Yes, I was saying just before the market open, volume got through and it was displaying on the quoteboard.
At this moment, volume is visible.
