Initial Balance on non time based chart

When I add the Initial Balance study to my 1-12 PNF chart the IB lines will continue to move around as the PNF bar is still printing even after 10:30 if it is making session high/low, therefore giving me the wrong IB values, is there any way to correct this other than using a study/price overlay study? I don't really like the study/price overlay option since the IB lines will drag through the Globex session making my chart look messy.

Everything in Sierra Chart is bar-based. So if you have an Initial Balance study that is set to end at 10:30 but the bar that contains 10:30 goes past that time, then the entire bar is used for the determination of the Initial Balance. In other words, you can not get intra-bar information. Therefore, your only option would be to use a time-based chart that has bars set to the proper value for the times of your Initial Balance study and then use the Study/Price Overlay to overlay it to your PnF chart.
