I used to be able to get hogs or cattle cash charts by using HEY00 and LEY00. Do we still have access to them or am I using wrong symbol? Thanks.

Those symbols will not work with the service set to "SC Data - All Services". We are not certain what service those may have been associated with, although we wonder if you may have been using IQ Feed for these. Use "File >> Find Symbol" to get the proper symbols for the service you are connected to.
