Hi - i am doing a trading eval for Apteros Capital...i tried to enter a limit order in CL above the market as a test. I dont see the order on the ladder, on my trade orders window it shows as error and i can't seem to cancel it...please help

i think i need someone at Apteros to link my trial to Sierra and allow the notional funding? How can i activate the notional $50,000 in funding as i think this is preventing me from entering orders Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-01-06 11:45:54

If the order is in Error state, there is no need to cancel it. Check the Trade Activity Log for what the error actually is: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity You need to look at the Order Action Source.
