Forex pair charts are not active,account show 0 out of 3 systems

I recently renewed my services with Sierra Chart and none of my pairs seem to be active at all. I am trading forex and I have every reason to believe that my Denali account is up to date. My account says the 0 out of 3 systems are active and I dont know how to activate one for use. Please advise. Thanks, K |

Having "0 out of 3 systems" active means that you do not have the Sierra Chart software actively running anywhere. If you do have the software running at this time, then exit from Sierra Chart and restart using the "Forced Login" option.
