NPL is calculating ghost positions

Greetings, I trade with prop firms and have 2 accounts with takeprofittrader via Rithmic. After trading one account today with no issue, i went on to the other and once i entered a position, it exited a position(which i didn't take) from before the holiday and this is continuing with each subsequent trade. My NPL shows +33710 and while i wish this was true, unfotunately is not. It should be more like +$295. This has happened twice in the past. Is there a way for me to clear the data/positions or whatever of these ghost trades so that I can have the proper NPL?

My PNL is off and showing ghost exits/positions that didn't exist. I tried doing the steps listed in "Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value: Simplified Steps to Solve Incorrect Daily Profit/Loss" but no dice. Any other ideas?

If you set the "Order Fills Start Date-Time" correctly, then the fill that was from December should no longer be "in play" and the orders you took today should be aligning only with the orders from today. This is what the given link is all about.
