NPL is calculating ghost positions

Greetings, I trade with prop firms and have 2 accounts with takeprofittrader via Rithmic. After trading one account today with no issue, i went on to the other and once i entered a position, it exited a position(which i didn't take) from before the holiday and this is continuing with each subsequent trade. My NPL shows +33710 and while i wish this was true, unfotunately is not. It should be more like +$295. This has happened twice in the past. Is there a way for me to clear the data/positions or whatever of these ghost trades so that I can have the proper NPL? Thanks! K-1 |

My PNL is off and showing ghost exits/positions that didn't exist. I tried doing the steps listed in "Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value: Simplified Steps to Solve Incorrect Daily Profit/Loss" but no dice. Any other ideas?

If you set the "Order Fills Start Date-Time" correctly, then the fill that was from December should no longer be "in play" and the orders you took today should be aligning only with the orders from today.
