Hi, I will start an eval on Apex Trader Funding in couple of weeks and I currently have the service package 5. I would like to know if after the eval bought and I have access to live data with rithmic as data provider I will have access to level 2 on CME for ES futures ? Do I have access to the DOM live data without delay and the 10 levels of depth on the bid and ask ? So does their data provider gives all the above or do I have to pay an other subscription on SC or Apex ?

You definitely will need Sierra Chart Service Package 10 or higher to be able to connect to Rithmic. ---- To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. Okay thanks I'll change it. So my question is does Service Package 10 and higher with rhitmic as data provider from Apex Funded Trader work to have real time data + access to DOM with at least 10 levels of depth ? Service package 10&higher + rithmic.

With one of the "Integrated" packages, you are able to get data from Rithmic and trade with Rithmic. You would need to have your data setup properly with Rithmic in order to get the Market Depth data. Just keep in mind that with Sierra Chart version 2728 and higher, market data from Rithmic is no longer supported. This is not a problem right now, as there is nothing forcing an update to that version, but if you do update to that version or higher, you will then need to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you will not be able to get it from Rithmic. All right, so as long as I use prior version of 2728 I will be able to use rithmic as data feed. In the future sierra chart won't be compatible with Apex Funded ?

This is incorrect. We will only not support Rithmic data. You will still be able to use Rithmic for order routing. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
