I receive direct deposit Social Security on Jan 08, 2025
My renewal is on Jan 06, 2025 ---2 days before my deposit. Can you change my renewal to Jan 08 instead of Jan 06?

I am unable to place a trade. The live trading dome reverts to simulation mode when I try to place an order, even though I have ample margin to do so, as with Live cattle or New Zealand dollar
I am paid through 1-31 on the 4 exchanges I use and have level 11 I checked Trade within Sierra Charts and Trade only auto trading is enabled as nothing else. There used to be Global trading, but nor listed now
This has never happened before.

When this occurs, it means that your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data" and it not set to your live trading service. Change your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings" to be for your trading service.

If you need help setting this up, then we would need to know what trading service you are using so we can point you to the proper instructions.

I tried changing the data services to Teton CME routing, SC data, and Rhithmic CME routing all with same result a live trade reverts to simulated dome trading.
I am with Ironbeam Futures.
I have package 11 and could use Rhithmic if I got my broker to send instructions--I think may work
Is there any way you could send a link to have you correct this connection trading problem from going always to simulated? Someone several years ago helped that way with a different issue
Is there any way to eliminate simulated trading, if that could possibly help? I see none so far with Sierra chart

If you are properly connected to either "Teton CME Routing" or "Rithmic" then it will not change to Simulation Mode.

What order routing service are you setup to use with Ironbeam?

I have a live chart feed with SC data as well as when changing to Teton CME routing. It show identical price on the trading dome, but when a live trade is attempted it reverts immediately to simulated trading with that order placed
I have never in over 12 years seen anything this puzzling

Can you send a link to fix this problem?
I cannot even trade the Japanese Yen that has a margin of $250 or live cattle margin of $200---simulated mode only
I just bought a newer Lenovo desktop and have an older one---nether one helps.
