Mistakenly selected to evaluate package 12 and now Sierra is broken

Hello, I mistakenly selected within the control panel to evaluate package 12 (was on 11) and that has broken my Sierra Chart. I've now paid for package 12, but the control panel says "Evaluating Package 12 until 2025-01-30, 29 days", and now I cannot switch to my Dorman data profile (get a Teton CME routing error and "no trade accounts assigned"). I upgraded to the latest Sierra 2727 and that didn't help. Thank you. Best, T |

Hello Today I enabled emergency account activation because I did not have sufficient funds to renew my package. During this time, I saw that I had the option to evaluate service package 12. I opted in, and then proceeded to make the 36USD payment in order to cover the evaluation and ensure I had funds. Has making the payment removed my evaluate option for service package 12? Or do I still have access to this. Thanks |

You are currently on Package 5 with the Evaluation for Package 12. As such, you no longer have the option to use the "Evaluation for the Highest Package" as you have already used the option. It is a one time 30 day evaluation option.
