Please implement the following feature if not available: saving of simulated filled trades to a chartbook, not to a simulation profile (I know we get up to 400 of the latter. I practice intraday trading of futures contracts, and I would like to save the visual (on-chart) order fill information on my charts to each chartbook for each day session I practice; I don't want to save it to a simulation profile. This would be useful for visual review of a Replayed simulation. I already tried the above for two separately-saved chartbooks, but when I cleared my activity log, the trades for both chartbooks were deleted. I was not surprised buy this outcome given how the "Clear" function works for the a single simulation profile and given the pop-up warning. Alternatively, is there way to accomplish the above give then current software? To summarize, if I save a chartbook for each session of practice, I would like to see the order fills only for that (saved) session, even if I ever use the "Clear" function on the SAME simulation profile. |

This is something that would never happen. Order fills are held in the Trade Activity Log which consists of files. You can make copies of those files: Trade Activity Log: Determining Existence of Trade Activity through Files There are a large number of simulated Trade Accounts that you can use to categorize the trading data. Refer to: Global Trade Settings Windows: Number of Simulation Accounts (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
