My data service is CQG WebAPI. I have successfully created and traded a chart for E-Mini S&P 500, currently using symbol F.US.EPH25. I want to create a new chart for platinum, but cannot find the symbol. How do I create an intraday chart for platinum?

To find a particular symbol for the service you are connected to, select "File >> Find Symbol" and then open the appropriate section to find what you are looking for. In this case, Platinum is traded on the NYMEX exchange, so you need to open that section and find the appropriate symbol. Refer to the following: File Menu: Find Symbol (File) Note that you are not setup to get any real-time data for the NYMEX exchange from us, so you will not be able to get data for that symbol until you activate an exchange option that includes NYMEX.
