[Sticky] - Telegram Contacts Asking For Money From Sierra Chart is Not Us

We have had several reports lately that people are being contacted by someone claiming to work for Sierra Chart and they are asking for funds or information and state that you will get money back or Usage Time or other things. The most recent claim we heard is that the person is wanting to get more YouTube subscribers and they would pay you if you subscribe. These people are not associated with Sierra Chart. Please ignore them. We NEVER contact users through Telegram, and even if we did, it would only be in response to a Support Board post in which we would inform you that we will be contacting you through that method. Typically we call on the phone for this kind of situation. Again, please ignore anyone claiming to be from Sierra Chart unless we have specifically told you we would be contacting you through one of our Support Boards. Particularly someone that is offering you money for something.
